Minimum order with embroidery is 2 dozen hats or 6 pieces from our jacket or fleece collection.
Minimum order with embossing is 6 pieces.
No minimum on regular orders.

First order must be pre-paid by check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Net 30 days after approved credit.
No COD orders accepted.
Credit
To obtain credit, an Australian Outback credit application form must be submitted to the Australian Outback finance department. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. Contact us for more information.

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required on all customized orders. Balance of payment on delivery will apply to first time orders, otherwise regular terms apply.
Indemnification
Customer warrants that it has the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in their artwork and shall indemnify and hold The Australian Outback Collection harmless in any infringement action as a result of reproducing the artwork in any form on our products.
Right to Promote
Unless specified in writing, The Australian Outback Collection reserves the right to use logos of our clients to promote our business through catalogs, the Internet, advertising and trade shows.

FOB Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Freight charges determined per order.
Order is shipped UPS Ground unless specified.
Delivery Time
In-stock merchandise will generally ship within 3 business days of receipt of order confirmation.
Customized merchandise with in-stock merchandise will generally ship within 2-4 weeks of receipt of artwork.
Returns
We take great care to ensure that all products we ship are of the highest quality. Please carefully inspect your shipment within 5 business days of receipt. Should you find a problem, please contact us for a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All customized merchandise is non-refundable, non-exchangeable.
