Laser embossing, also called branding, is the newest method of applying a logo on fabric. Using a laser beam controlled by a computer, embossing is achieved when a thin layer of the garment is melted to produce a 3D logo. This does not affect the quality or longevity of the garment.
Step 1
Select the style, color, size, and quantity of the products you would like to have embossed. Please note that not all items can be embossed, although we strongly recommend embossing for fleece merchandise. It also works very well on our bags and on any leather trim. Step 2
You need to decide what logo or image is going to be used for the embossing. Keep in mind the larger or more detailed your logo is, the more it will cost. Please note that we cannot create custom logos for you.
Step 3
We take your logo and recreate it in a leading design program and optimize it for the embossing process. There is a one-time charge for the creation of this file. Any additional orders you place will not incur the digitization fee, but a set-up fee will still be charged.
Step 4
The digitized image is sent to the embossing machines. After careful alignment, these machines use the digital instructions to create your logo in a 3D effect by melting off the top layer of the fabric.
Step 5
As soon as the embossing has been completed and double-checked for quality and accuracy, we package your order and send it directly to your door.
The entire process usually takes two to four weeks time from the reception of the artwork.
