Step 1
Select the style, color, size, and quantity of the products you would like to have embroidered. Almost everything we sell can be embroidered, although it works especially well on our oilskin jackets and ballcaps.
Step 2
You need to decide what logo or image is going to be used for the embroidery. Keep in mind that the larger or more detailed your logo is, the more it will cost. The text on your logo must be larger than 5mm or 1/4" tall. Please note that we cannot create custom logos for you.
Step 3
We take your logo and re-draw it in a format that is acceptable for the embroidery machines to read. There is a one-time charge for the creation of this file. Any additional orders you place will not incur the digitization fee, although a set-up fee will still be charged.
Step 4
The digitized image is sent to the embroidery machines. The machines use the digital instructions to create your logo. The total embroidery cost will be determined by the number of stitches that the machine needs to make, the quantity of items being embroidered, and the location of the embroidery on the item.
Step 5
As soon as the embroidery has been completed and double-checked for quality and accuracy, we package your order and send it directly to your door.
The entire process usually takes two to four weeks time from the reception of the artwork.

Approximate Prices For Embroidery
Approximate prices for customization really depend on the size and complexity of your logo and the quantity you would like to have done. Please keep in mind these estimates will vary depending on your logo but they should give you a good idea of what you can expect. If you request a quote, it may differ from these estimates.
